Shipping & Returns

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

This Shipping policy forms part of the Hayley Marie Australia website terms and conditions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. 

Important: If you are not at the address supplied when Australia Post attempts delivery it is your responsibility to organise the pickup or redelivery of your order within 7 days. For information on your delivery always check the tracking information provided and if you have any questions please contact hayley@hayleymariecandles.com.au

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be made, processed and packed. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 3-5 workings days via Australia Post. Hayley Marie Australia cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss relating to late deliveries.

Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take an additional day to deliver. Please email hayley@hayleymariecandles.com.au for further details. To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Best to use a work address so you get it quickly. PO Boxes are accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. And we will not be held responsible for shipping costs.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. But we asked you keep all of the original packing material and we’ll provide you with instructions. We’ll investigate the fault or damage immediately and gladly replace the product if deemed appropriate. 

We require you;

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your Hayley Marie Australia Product. 

2. You must provide photos of the the damaged product. Please email these to hayley@hayleymariecandles.com.au

3. Please include proof of purchase.

4. We’ll supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned to Hayley Marie Australia within 7 days of the return authority. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to Hayley Marie Australia and all charges incurred are at your expense.

5. Products must be returned to Hayley Marie Australia in their original condition and in their original packaging.

6. Please note that refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that Hayley Marie Australia does not accept returns on sale items.
